Campo Viejo – Vibrant Blend is the second collaboration between our three winemakers, coming together to craft a wine that brings together Spain’s most vibrant grapes to create an expressive blend of bright fruit and floral aromas. In Vibrant Blend, the three varieties that make up the blend (Airen, Moscato and Verdejo), show some of their best qualities. After a meticulous harvest, the grapes are destemmed and gently crushed before transferring the must to stainless steel tanks for fermentation at a controlled temperature of approximately 13 - 14 degrees C in order to maximize aromas. Our winemakers, working together, have defined the final blend. The Vibrant Blend has a pale yellow, luminous, bright color. The nose reflects its varieties: fruit, floral notes, freshly cut grass. And to finish it presents a fresh, perfumed mouth, very long, leaving us the memory of the Moscato fruit. A jovial wine, fresh, full of fruit, full of zest that makes it easy to drink and enjoy. Perfect with many cuisines and dishes, a versatile wine that pairs well with chicken, fish, pasta, salads, and all kinds of cheeses.
